okay, so this is what i got...i dont like the idea of rock horns because most of the fossil mon dont have rocky elements in their design, they're only part rock for the reason that they were a fossil before reanimation. so this goes off the story of how the ibex they brought back to life died soon after, so it's evolution is more skeletal and ded looking. the horns are like ghostly spook energy expelling from inside
