He seems like he’s about as romantic as a brick. However, I do think he’d be the type that if he had feelings for you, he’d remember every little detail about things you seem interested in or tell him about, and would bring up things you’ve mentioned or showed him if it ever seemed relevant to the conversation again. One of those “oh wow, I’m surprised you remembered that about me, didn’t think anyone was listening to those little mundane details” kinda people.
Or he’d be the other extreme where he builds you some kind of huge ridiculous over-the-top electronic display of your name or your favorite Pokemon with lots of flashy neon lights and your favorite colors. Leaves you thinking “wow… I really don’t know what to do with this… thanks?” Maybe he’d do that once he gets really serious. Probably be his one and only romantic gesture ever in the relationship.
