Want an electric move? Bam, you got Thunderbolt now.

No STAB you say? Needs an item to increase damage output? Nah, it's got Download, which gives it a free attack or special boost upon being sent out, nothing else needed.
Fighting something that carries your one weakness? Well, get the hell out with a U-turn with 99 base speed, out speeding near damn everything that isn't scarfed.
