Leafeon under the sun outspeeds everything even with 0 speed EVs, so instead I went for outspeeding max speed base 65s not under the sun, since I figured jolly 252 spe flareon might be pretty common. Ended up with 140 HP / 252+ Atk / 116 Spe.
Jolteon and espeon were standard max spe and spa, both timid. I figured hitting the speed tie was important. Well jolteon has 12 in HP so it can make 4 subs with 1 HP left since I run subpetaya on it. Never use it though.
...I really like how much depth there is in this meta even though there's only 8 things with shitty movepools in it!
