>>57474956That's really not how it works. Most games or movies or shows that are dubbed to English are dubbed in America, and even in American dubs they'll use other accents if it fits a character. Sometimes, Brits will make their own dub with blackjack and hookers, but it won't be successful. It's not that there's a "neutral" English, it's that Americans have overtaken that market from the Brits and the Brits just don't care enough to have separate dubs because they don't have such different dialogues as we do.

The difference is, over here, when we make a bad translation, we change it later. For you, it's just a little unique choice the dub VAs made. If you didn't have double standards, you'd have no standards at all.
