Grass. Something about some of them just really feels calm and cool, like I'm not much of a nature guy and get terrible allergies but having Liligant in my backyard gardening with me or napping with Torterra frisbee golf with Ivysaur seems like a lot of fun. Gotta say my favorite type is a close one though, with the previously mentioned and Leavanny, Cottonee and Breloom... but it goes to Ludicolo. So pic fucking related.

I was gonna pick poison, but I think they're alright just used as fodder too regularly to shake the stereotypes. No, this "honor" goes to Fire (honorable mention to rock for similar reasons as fire). I'll get the positive out of the way and say Houndoom is cool, Charizard is cool, Emboar+Infernape+Blaziken would make an excellent traveling band of martial artists and I hold no ill will for any particular fire type. It's just the typing in general I don't like. It's so boring! I think Ninetails and Delphox are the most interesting fire-types who play with a mindset a little more diverse than "shoot to kill". I dunno, I'm probably biased because of how few things they SE and how many things SE them or maybe its that they get the same shitty treatment as poison (though they DO get starters)... Whatever, I don't hate them just don't much care for them. At least Houndoom is still cool.

Ghosts are interesting on paper but don't really do as much as I'd hope. Like Banette and Sableye especially, they're WAY cooler outside of battling. This is NOT true of Rotom who's specialty is changing types via stealing appliances. Interesting in AND out of battles, filling similar niches as far as style goes as many other ghosts (though not exactly, just similar). <3 Rotom.
