>>51011144>1. Natualism doesn't fucking mean what you think it means. You're right, my bad. The direct quote is "Nature and abundant life". Point still stands
>Again, what the fuck you do think an INVASION is? What the hell do you mean "doesn't cast the idea of change in a negative light"? That's literally the goddamn defintion of what an invasionInvasion is bad change, but it doesn't cast the very idea of change in a negative light
>Ultra Wormholes opening across time and space were going to change everything, and in the proecess, kill fucking everyone and everything.Yup, that's a negative change. Doesn't mean that the way it was going to disrupt the natural life of Alola wasn't a way bigger focal point though.
>Exactly. For mosf the fucking game your quests were doing shit the people of Alola have done for years, enforcing the idea tradtion and culture and how it can work without being like other regions. The league existing ruins that. No, it just added the concept of a league and Champion, pushing Alolan to strengthen themselves and their bonds with their trainers. You don't HAVE to challenge the league, you can cut it off at finishing the trial missions and you'll still be more than qualified for the position of Trial Captain or even Kahuna if you're good enough. The League is there as an extra incentive, not as the point .
>>51011170So you're response to the League objectively having minimal impact on the traditional structure of the Trials that you seem to think the Alolan's fellate above all else is:
"Uhm aykchyually, I know better than the people who made the very setting and narrative I'm arguing about, and this flies directly in the face of this theming that they never once hinted at being a major factor despite confirming several others that went into the making of said setting and narrative"
Sure buddy.
