Primeape, if one can even call it a monkey at all, being a ball of fluff and limbs, would probably be based on a baboon, given it's hyper aggressive tenancies. The infernape line is based on Chimpanzees, as well as sun wukong, incredibly different conceptually as well as design-wise.
We do need a gorilla mon though.
