First time playing through Sacred Gold, it hasn't been too bad though I enjoy the difficulty. Bugsy almost wiped me but Staravia and Quilava saved it and Morty killed off most of my first core team. Though a lot of them have been to crits. My Staravia was my ace until it got ohkod by a self destruct koffing and my gyarados died to eusines hypno one shottign with a crit +2 psychic. The death box is huge but I'm having fun.
Also found that shiny magnemite as my legit first encounter and it hasn't died since. I hope thsi game doesn't have a boosted shiny rate.
