She's a good user of Atomic energy, and you will be proportionally more tanky by investing in defenses and restoring HP with Atomic Energy.
You'll want something to handle Illusion Touhous though, she gets no SE coverage for them. You could use Reflection Mirror (Metal Burst) on them, I guess. She's somewhat tanky.
For in-game you could run a RestTalk Defense Eiki set with Perfect Aim (Guillotine), or a Bulk Up/Calm Mind (she gets both in Defense style) set.
