The entire bar stops, because they've all heard you. The hard rock kills itself, Jellicent stops pouring drinks, even Lily has the gall to slam her glass on the counter and listen in.
The other barflies begin to gossip amongst each other.
"Whoa! D-Did he just say rematch?"
"Is he going to rematch Panch?"
"Whoa whoa, hold up, Panch doesn't do rematches!"
"I-Is Panch gonna do it?"
"Panch only does one-on-one one time per opponent!"
"Yeah, isn't he a For Glory kinda guy?"
"That hatless kid's done for, I tells ya!"
Everyone in the bar, you and your Pokemon included, turn to Panch himself. He's still leaning on the wall, just as stoic as ever. His bamboo harvesting basket is to his side, the subtle snores that come from it are muffled out by Panch's own actions.
Chewing on his twig, he shakes his head, and further tips his conical hat over his face.
"I don't do rematches."A) "What's wrong, chicken!?"
B) "That's bullshit! Come on, let's go, LEGGO!"
C) "BUT I WANT MY HAT BACK, dammit, what's so HARD about that?!"
