for example, say you want to train attack and speed.
the all of the routes with +speed mons also have mons that dont give you attack.

the weepingbell place you can find skorupi and gilgar, which still dont give attack. even if they are rare they still appear, meaning you either need to run or stock up on qualot berries. meaning that the 1 less encounter benefit is pretty much nullified.
you are training them at the same time, sure
but do they finish at the same time, which would make it efficient enough to actually do it that way. no.
