The design is to cluttered. and it doesn't look like an animal that could natural occur naturally in the enviroment it's line stems from. Just like the Assdeer this one has "I want to fuck this" as a central part of it's design instead of "this is a monster." so instead of looking like something that we could train with a little bit of spice put on it just look likes some furries imaginary girlfriend. My tips would be to make the eyes less human like primarina, get rid of the bra or make it look less like it literally wears a bra (for example primarina's attachments are things that can actually be found in an ocean, so a primarina can be onmodel without human intervention whereas this mon needs a human to make her a red bra), get rid of the retarded halo and find a way to integrate it that's not retarded, make the hair more like a raging fire instead of an elegant ponytail. It's not the worse, but it's really bad.
