For general knowledge.
I've observed about 5 different shot types, but I'm not entirely clear. All mons were fully EV trained, from top to bottom:
Normal:
What it says on the tin.
Charged shot: 312
Consecutive "power" shots: 5
Normal+:
Same properties as normal, but stronger hits?
Charged shot: 426
Consecutive "power" shots: 5
>May be a -tiny- bit slower in all aspects (shot intervals, recharge), but because everything might be slower it'd appear identical to the first. Perception may be skewed on my part
Slam jam shots:
Super strong per hit, easily the best shot to go for times with
Charged shot: 1152
Consecutive "power" shots: 2. Notably, these 2 left it so drained it had to recharge a for a split second before it could fire another shot in general
Quickshots:
Very fast travel, I get thrown off every time I use a pokemon with these
Charged shot: 471
Consecutive "power" shots: 2. Same deal as above.
Rapid fire:
Potentially very good damage output, but the other properties are a bummer. Rapid fires when stylus is held to easily proc the red target's appearance, but individual shots to white targets are weak and charge shot is a series of 8 balls in the same spot, unable to account for movement.
Charged shot: 117 x 8 shots, locked in place for the duration
Consecutive "power" shots: 10 before charge activates. Indefinite at tapping speed (can be done at the same speed rapid fire shoots, but requires precise timing. Tapping too fast leads to oversampling and ends up shooting slower).
>Could it be a good idea to constantly tap if you lock down on the rapid fire timing?
