Krookodile was a total sweeping bro. Lilligant was simply based, defeated the whole E4 with her and pretty much nothing else... I think I switched in once or twice. Haxorus is simply awesome in many ways. Emboar, while a bit fragile gave me glorious moments and I fucking love him! If he was shiny I would call him Ganon.
Heck, Carracosta was a big and pleasant surprise, Zebstrika was an instant favourite, Mienshao took me a while to get but I love it as well (except when he misses Hi Jump Kick), Galvantula was a huge surprise in terms of battle, too good! Oh and speaking of bugs, based Volcarona! And speaking of fire, godly Chandelure! The main legendary pokemon are also awesome, can't say the same about the musqueteers though, don't like them that much.
There are just so many designs I love, and most are also great in battle. Gen V is right on top for me. Trully a great gen.
