Gen 7 it's Team Skull, but actually ends up being the Aether Foundation
Gen 8 it's Team Yell, but the true evil guy is Chairman Rose
Gen 9 it's Team Star, though it's not necessarily an evil team, just a bunch of hooligans, same could be said for Team Yell actually, they're not evil, just rabid fans of Marnie
And Legends ZA doesn't actually even have any evil teams, or antagonistic groups for that matter, maybe the Rust Syndicate could be argued are bad people, but they're cartoon bad guys, cannot be taken seriously whatsoever (especially when their boss is a fucking manlet)
