These discussions are always pointless because different universes have different rules and physics.

Namek is supposed to be super faraway in DBZ's universe but in our own, it would be closer than Proxima Centauri, the nearest star
Our universe's scales and physics are so brutal that Goku from the end of DBZ would probably be converted to the level he had at the 23rd tenkaichi budokai AT BEST
Anyway, the pokemon universe also seems to have physics closer to our Real life earth. So I think a legendary pokemon could probably defeat Cell or goku even if it would be difficult

Powerscaling fights are autistic to begin with. If you do it really well you realize DBZ is simply overhyped because its cartoon-like universe is mistaken to work like our own
