There are absolutely no pre-requirements or anything, you just slap one of these down and they do a massive amount of work, while yielding the exact same as the typical EX. If these have over 170HP they should have yielded 3 prizes, not two.
Oh and things like Litleo will still be 50HP basics with no attributes other than [C] 20 damage, 10 to itself.
