>>53114293Yeah you don't get it until you reach level... 33? 34? Something like that. And you can't use them to reach the absolute max level until level 40. Luckily the stat difference isn't super huge beyond a certain level even before you reach XL levels, but I can't deny how satisfying it is to have a perfect IV 'mon you love at the highest possible level.
