Here's the dex state at the moment.
I've seen a lot of screams of anger to remove Deer Starter, so let it be, but if any fo you won't suggest any good one instead, I'll keep the fawn as a punishment. Since now, I would be picky about starters, so do not complain if yours not going to the dex.
As far as I know some arts only in process of making, so this thread would live on, at least, for a while.
There is actually no legendaries/mythicals been suggested yet, so go on.
