Its different.The tracks with the crowd going "Ay" (Rose intro with Cufant, Marnie's and Co. music, and some parts of the gym leader theme) reminds me of Patapon, specifically the third game. I liked that game music so I tolerated these swoshi's tracks.
On the other hand the rest of the tracks, have a Gunbound/Ragnarok Pop kinda feel which is Top Tier, these come to mind (also Hop Encounter part with the bells is identical to another Pokemon track from gen 4 or 5, Chad Tier):
