>>43153550This took way too long, but I think this came out decent. The gym leader template would've worked better to show who's in my roster for what level of badge the challenging trainer has, but this was fun nonetheless.
My gym leader's strategy is
when the challenging trainer's pokemon start to weaken down I shout out to them that "hey so-and-so is looking pretty tired, maybe you should think about switching them out for now." And while the trainer is deliberating on that or about to switch them out, my pokemon know to go in for the Pursuit attack to finish them off. You shouldn't ever let down your guard during a battle.
