I clear the pokemon part first, we clearly have Kalos covered by the forecast and the maps isn't completely closed-off in the that top righ circle. We even have the most Kalos-mon in a regional dex since XY and SV are quite focused on showing Johto stuff for some reason (and lowkey Sevii in the TCG and Legends but that's another story).

Aquitania and Occitania are still part of the Iberian peninsula, they are literally the joint with the European continent. The only reason they aren't considered part of it is political gallery bullshit by Spain and France (you know why, idfc, no dog in this race I'm Andalusian). Even then the always hypocrite UE grands them officially recognized trade and local government cooperation treaties that work as pseudo federate countries or "Euroregions" called Mediterranean-Pyrenees and Nouvelle-Aquitanie Euskadi Navarre that are literally just the 'Catalan-Occitan countries" and Euskal-herria.
