Now this doesn't mean, "If everyone was forced to do this" like if everyone were forced to be lumberjacks no one would farm and they'd all starve. But, as it stands, if people are allowed to work for logging companies as much as they want (as it is now, obviously not everyone wants to be a lumberjack) things go okay and society does fine.
And no, animals are inferior to humans, morally, socially, spiritually, in every way possible really. Animals kinda suck. And amorality is in fact the same thing as immorality. Having no sense of right or wrong means you naturally gravitate toward evil, because having a sense of right and wrong is required in order to be good.
