Actually had a similar issue, had a Jolly EV trained Garchomp and she still outsped, granted it was 4 levels higher than me but still.
Ran no items in battle with level caps, my strat was solid cause my absolute biggest fear was Milotic.
Lead Golem to set up rocks to break scale then swapped to Hippo and yawned while setting up sandstorm, hard switched to Garchomp and prayed, god answered with a sand veil evasion.
Only got one turn of sleep so two swords dances was all I could get but it was enough to kill everything til her own Chomp
where my own "toughed it out" for me on 1 hp and sliced the bitch in half dying to rough skin in the processI was actually pretty mad the amie shit procced in such a clutch moment of the champion fight but winning while watching our Garchomps collapse together gave me a laugh.
