We've been through this song and dance before, and when they're suspiciously skimpy on details it usually means there's not much new added to the games. Hell, I remember for Gen IV and V pokemon reveals they were unveiling about a half dozen pokemon per month because there were so many newcomers, and aside from camping and the giganta-gimmick, we've seen nothing in the realm of new modes or if hoard/triple battles will return or battle frontier style battles or anything of that nature.
Its really looking like this game is going to have the new standard of about 60-75 new mon's at best with about 7 of them being legendary and the rest being pre-evolutions which technically gives us, at best 20 or so pokemon..and less than half of that will be viable competitively if you play against people online.
