>>34134581Yeah, I didn't use them to get to Moltres, I just came upon him and realised that I hadn't come across anything else first. Not that it mattered - he literally went down to Lorelei's Jynx's Ice Punch before he ever got to use an attack against anything.
Just beat DICKS and that was the most intense match I've had in Pokemon in years: First half of his team went down fairly easily, until I had pretty much nothing to counter his Alakazam. Got a paralyze on him from Charles the Jolteon, and enter Itch the Weezing, who proceeded to Sludge him to death - 3 parahax in a row followed by him using Reflect, as opposed to an actual attack. I still didn't really have anything to counter Exeggutor, who hit off a couple Barrages, but Weezing was an absolute boss, and managed to take him down too. Swapped him out for Jolteon when Gyarados came in, who was instantly KO'd by a Hyper Beam - leaving me with no solid counters. Kitty the Gengar got off a couple lucky Hypnosises to take him out, and Hypnotad finished off Charizard pretty easily.
Highlight of the whole run was seeing my Weezing, 20 levels underlevelled, thrashing Alakazam and Exeggutor.
On to Johto, once Ifigure out how to transfer my survivors.
