Start in Kalos OR Hoenn. Complete region 1 then go to region 2. Region 2's Champion's Pokemon can be pushing level 100, early to mid 90s or so. Fixed.
Then the story could vary depending on which region you choose to go to first, which drastically ups the replay factor.
