These are nice ways to discover Pokémon, but Chimecho or Munchlax are just regular mons with a low "spawn rate", they are not supposed to be unique mons like the first ones, you can't really compare these two cases.
Rare spawns like these, or the ones from the dark/shaking grass on Unova, the Pokéradar on Sinnoh or even the headbutt trees from Johto are also good ways to discover new mons on your playthrough.
Also, Dratini is on the left but does the exact same as the right mons, available only on one place (which you need to pay to access btw) and Feebas is even worse than any Pokémon on this pic, having to guess where to fish on a large route because it only appears on some titles.
