And there's several Meltan, so it's definitely a Rare Powerful Species.
It also feels weird to have Ho-Oh, Lugia and Regigigas in the same tier as the trios they created. Either they should be bumped up to Lesser Gods or the tries should be bumped down to Rare Powerful Species.
Otherwise, nice tier list. I agree with most of it.
