It’s been stated the Pendant is not Terapagos, but it’s shine is similar to it. There’s no ‘Paradox’ involved here, at least nothing yet, as it could change.
Personally I think the Tortoise is not a prevo, but part of a fusion with Terapagos that completes the ‘Turtles all the way down’ saying, where it’s a turtle on top of a larger turtle, on top of the largest turtle. There’s no reason to say Terapagos’ final form Actually has to be a ‘real’ turtle, after all.
