it's all photoshop, it took me awhile to get past the whole no stabilizer thing to make my lines smooth, because I was working with sai for the longest time. The watercolour brushes are some that I made, they are very pressure sensitive and mix well with other colours being on the same layer.
There's a lot more versatility with photoshop than other programs I find that aid my personal workflow, don't think i can go back now, aha
