Did some of my own number crunches because I don't know stating.
This is the total number of Mons from each EV (meaning their highest stats
right?) and then the percent put into each catagory.

So if we use this for a base we should have more or less 12% with HP a best stat etc, not including overlap.
Perhaps use this for EV amounts first then extrapolate.
