I personally think that a weekly Saturday thread is the best plan since it leaves enough room for new art to be made while not spamming up the board, which would be the ideal case. There's clearly people opposed to the Saturday plan, but they haven't come up with a better plan or done anything more than spam up the board this past week, and they seem more like contrarians for the sake of being contrarian than people trying to come up with anything useful.
There's also people who think they should derail/shitpost every non-saturday thread to death, but I think they should just be ignored. It's not THAT hard to hide a thread, you guys.
