First in Paul park in DPPT the only starter you can walk with are the Sinnoh starters and Torchic, and that's it, you can't walk with Dickchicken or Blaziken, just Torchic. And to this day Torchic still has more fan art the Blaziken. and in gen 6 got shilled more then the other two starters In terms of in game and via merchandise, and they sold more then the other two starters and it's evolutions. Just about last year it got a figure with May. Trust me your Merchandise bullshit is pure headcanon, if Litten and Torchic can sell more pluses then it's evolutions and still evolve in the anime, then so can Rowlet.
