In Pokemon SV I started using Vivillon with Compound Eyes to make great use of Sleep Powder and Hurricane. However so many pokemon blocks Sleep Powder with the text "Does not effect X-pokemon"
And I have no idea why. Its not like Spidops/Drowzee that has Insomnia and the little sidescreen popup saying Insomnia prevents it or Primape with Vital Spirit.
It just fucking says "sleep powder does not effect x-pokemon...". Is there some mechanic that blocks sleeps that happened in the past 20 or so years?
