They can make STATIC sprites relatively fast, but it's still a gigantic waste of time. Animated sprites are much harder, you think they have a program that just makes this shit for them? No, they have to fucking draw it frame by frame, or use that god-awful adobe flash paper doll animation from gen 5. Either way it's a fucking waste.
