>>46920845You misunderstand. I'm not talking about age gap in the traditional sense, I'm talking about the prospect of a person who might end up outliving everyone they ever loved. Having a lot of descendants is one way to offset this, but it's never guaranteed especially if they only live a fraction of your human life.
That said, you could be surrounded by family but still miserable in the end.
