I really like it when i see less common picks, just because it's something new. it's a new challenge, it's a new set-up, it's just something that's not the same old same old. i love innovation and seeing new things work, even when i'm getting my ass kicked by that new thing, just because it's novel and maybe something i can learn from, too. and plus there's a part of me that feels like in a series with 700+ creatures, it's just not right to only use, like, twenty of them. i'm not saying that everyone should load up on luvdiscs, because i kind of blame Gamefreak for power imbalances. but i'm also that asshole that feels weird using legendaries, so OU's a little frustrating sometimes.
i gotta stop playing 6v6 singles. i keep wanting to figure out doubles, but man, i'm lazy.
