Just finished my Nuzlocke run of Y today.
Went into it blind and got a lot of really unlucky deaths and pokemon draws early on. So many ground and rock and steel types. I got up to the 2nd to last city losing most of the last of my level 50~s to when Sycamore and your "friends" ambush you on the bridge. Had no idea they were coming and no time to prepare for their bullshit.
after i was done I only had my Hippowdon left, appropriately named Sarge. Very fitting since he was one of the ones i caught pretty early on and helped me through most of the game, sadly he watched every single one of his friends die.
My reserve box was full of birds and bugs and plants and no easy way to level them so i conceded to the challenge.
Having killed Lysandre, Sycamore took away the pokemon he gave me in a jealous fit of rage and my friends beat me to death on the bridge.
