Out of that selection, there will be a selection who are actually good at the task they're doing. Those capable ones will get work done, but they're good at programming because they're autistic, and they're a tranny because they're autistic, but being a tranny doesn't make them good at programming. In addition, there's a well documented phenomenon where a small number of people will do the majority of the work for information-based companies. Bigger Tech companies can hire more people in general, so they will score social points by having the most trannies on the workforce and also have the resources to make websites and apps work properly. This was highlighted when Elon Musk fired 80% of his work force and barely anything changed at Twitter because he only kept the people who actually do work, then he hired new people to support them. He got a TON of blowback because of how many LGBTLMNOP workers got exposed as worthless.
