They gave it a cool ability, though, and you want to know what it can do with it? Fucking nothing. Not with special moves, at least, which is its best stat. It only gets CM and Rock Polish for setup, too. Your best bet is probably to run some Return/Facade set, maybe with Rock Polish and a Toxic Orb, or a Choice Band? Fuck I don't know. It gets Stone Egde, and Earthquake, as well, so maybe that will work.
