Smooth as can be, like velvet, I'm drinking it at room-temp, straight. But the flavor! It's a vaguely-fruity flavor, tastes the way vanilla smells. I HIGHLY recommend it. Most people here in the States are just used to sipping Captain Morgan, and that;s alright, sure, but they never really venture out from that. Mount Gay is that adventure. Oho jesus crhist it's really kicing i n now.... it's an edventure, and it's my personal favorite when it comes to rum. It gives a nice, smooth flavor while providing that heavy hit of alcohol volume that us slavic folk need to get our blood flowing properly. Personally--and that is strictly personal--I like to have it with a single ice cube, just to acitavate that flavor, but it's perfecly good straight, or mixed with your soda of choice. I ain't in any state to pass judgment, BELIEVE THAT.
