>>46580378Poorfag here, that does this.
I’m done flipping so I’ll give you guys a couple of tips
>specific terms only, look up “Pokémon” and either “binder collection” or “vintage lot” or even just “collection”, find people selling either a huge amount of cards or an entire binderNow you’re gonna have to look through essentially all the lots you see, you need to determine what’s worth it to you, I spend 1/4 of the the perceived value of the lot and that’s it’s, not a penny more, so if you set a value on something and it goes over, move on.
Most of the time avoid lots with charizard they shoot up in price early and always go for closer to their actual value as the largest benefit of buying a whole lot is getting 20-30 dollar cards for penny’s.
Look for sellers with 0 or low feedback, you obviously have a higher chance to get ripped off but as a buyer you have all the power. If you can risk 300 bucks for a week this will be easy, if that kinda money can’t be in limbo for a week for you, gotta buy cheaper lots.
Best people to buy from are your old boomers getting rid of their items. I’ve also had a lot of success with finding lots that are brand new, and the starting bid is a bit too high to start, say even 30 bucks, most people won’t just start bidding right away, so if you send offers to those kinda lots early there’s a chance they will accept it. I got a full topps series plus 100 random Pokémon stickers and such for 30 bucks and I’ve already made 300 off that, dude had no idea what he had.
Last and probably most important, find lots that end during the week, preferably in the morning or like right at 1pm, peak business time. Most people at work aren’t gonna be able to bid or think about eBay at 1pm and there’s always a dumbass out there selling his collection of Neo 1st Ed at 11am on a Tuesday.
Good luck fellow poorfags.
