Olympia/Gojika was actually quite badass, especially in the anime, and was a big improvement over the blatant mammy that was Lenora. Emma from the Looker sidequest seems like she could be Latina, but since France is still a Mediterranean country I assume she's from the Pokemon equivalent of Languedoc or Provence.
