The one with the rose is meant to be a Tuxedo Mask outfit. The other one is obviously a maid outfit. Every other picture is just them acting gay. They're not drag queens, it's just normal pixiv fanart. Stuff like this is drawn a lot. That being said, all of the images that weren't in sets are just saved as thumbnails. The original poster needs to learn how pixiv works.
