Unfortunately tits are a powerful weapon that can mog everything. Just like JN Serena's episode mog both sinnoh special only because Serena had tits on JN series. Worst part is that the characters doesn't age so there is no way for Dawn to have tits. Serena confirmed to have tits in the future because of her 14 year old game counterpart and her mother being the bustiest among all the protagonist's mom. The only way anime can confirm Dawn having large tits in future is ether by time travel or game introducing an older Dawn with large rack.
I also thought Dawn's blue hair to be a weakness until I saw a sudden character. Dawn just needs to get better shade of Stale Gray hair with purple blue eyes.
