Literally the only trans Pokemon in Pokemon history were Azurill/Marill.
From Gen 3 until Gen 5, if you evolved a female Azurill, it had a one in three chance of evolving into a *male* Marill instead of a female one, because the gender ratios of Azurill and Marill are different. (Azurill is 75% female, Marill is 50/50.)
It was a bug that got fixed come Gen 6, but it happened. 1 in 3 female Azurill were FTM trans.
