>>57203839I wouldn't have issues with it if it wasn't so disingenuous or forced, I understand having a miserable life and desperately wanting an outlet to express your pain and hope that someone understands what you've been through, but when you keep doing it over and over again in vague family drama plots or nasty school bully plots that never come to full fruition it really feels like you're doing it for the sake of whoring for attention rather than the previous point. It's been 3 generations of literally just this to one extent or another and I'm fucking tired, fuck dude just let me adventure through cool set pieces and lands with my Pokemon bros in peace instead of having to put up with the same bland cardboard tropes and characters, SV did okay with Arven and such but please try something new instead of wallowing in the same pity party crap.
