It's Normal/Ghost with Levitate and a Lonely Nature, and the item is just a fancy Spell Tag.
It knows Double Edge, Future Sight, Shadow Ball and Pulsar, with Pulsar being a 125 power 80 acc dark attack with 5pp and no secondary effect.
It gets Recover, Refresh and Glare via tutor and can learn every TM and HM, making Shaderu the super-uber or Snakewood
